good mites bad mites?!?

hi,

i really really don't know my mites...
my understanding from reading around here is that there are bad mites (parasitic) and good mites (predatory/scavenger)...

could someone please tell me which category this mite falls into? it was found on a giant millipede, and it is roughly 1 mm or 0.04 inches in length...

yep, they run around like crazy as soon as i shine the flashlight on my pedes!
i can manage to pick one off with tweezers about 25% of the time, the rest of the time they just run and hide under the pede...
the question is, should i be bothering??
