My large female Costa Rican Zebra always dumps her water bowl and covers it with dirt. Went to get it. Normally she runs into her clay pot but this time left 2 legs on it. I grabbed my plastic stick and she turned OBT on me! Leaping, fang baring, striking and wanting to take me down, lol. Worst she ever did before was kick with her front legs. Glad I didn't stick my hand in there!

My friend has an A. seemani that for some reason always drags the water dish into its house. They're weird little creatures. That's for sure.

I don't even bother filling the water dish anymore for my Seemani. I just leave it buried now and mist the enclosure.
