Hi, Just thought I would post a pic of my Pheasent. I have a couple other species to. If anyone els has poultry id like to here about them.

Is he a standard or a bantam? I raise bantams at work.

Thanks for all the replys hopefully next year I can breed them. This year I didnt get another pen built in time to separate them and the few eggs i found were crushed. I did manage to get 1 egg in the incubator but it died before it was fully developed. The males treid to keep eachother away from her which didnt help things.

that's a cool barred Rock, my Gf's family raises banti's and barred rocks, very funny birds...

My rooster is a standard...and has the attitude of an OBT!!! dang hes hell on...well..chicken feet.
He was supposed to be a hen... I have 2 Golden laced wyandottes, 2 light bramas, buff orpington, buff rock, Black star, Black astrailorps (sp?) Road Island Red, and a buff silkie...she sure is a funny lookin thing

Right you are Brian...however he likes the slugs a bit more than the sowbugs so Im able to save them before he gets to them...its a hard job following him all day...but SOMEONE has to save those poor helpless bugzes

Top golden in pic is really nice. I raise Goldens, Swinhoe, peacock pheasant, Lineated Kalij, Edwards, and various show bantams. Usually have some for sale but sold out this year. They make great display birds.

you have peacock pheasant i have wanted to get those, but i couldn't find anybody with them. Where did you get them? what type of peacock pheasant do you have.

I have the Grey peacock pheasant, got them from a breeder here in oregon who is selling all his stock. I'll take a pic in the morning, the male is absolutely stunning.

I'll try to get pics posted of our chickens. We have 2 roosters (1 Cochin and 1 Rhode Island Red named Chauticleer), and 9 hens, australorps, cochins and RR reds. The RR rooster is very naughty, he's actually attacked me twice!
He also crows WAY too much!
I love your pheasants...I didn't know they came in colors like that...just beautiful
