Gnats in tailless whip scorpion enclosure?!

I just opened their enclosure today and notice small flying things coming out from the dirt and leaving the enclosure. I was already planning to put the TWS in a new container, but should I be worried?? Will these things hurt it??? I'm assuming they're fruit flies/gnats , but I have no idea how they got inside.
