Giant Water Bug Captivity

G'day all. Very interested in keeping a pair of these and wonder if anybody has had experience in doing so?

What are their requirements? How easy are they to care for? And importantly, how do you tell the difference between sex?

I just got one of these guys the other day. This is probably the best thread to read on giant water bugs. Unfortunately the photos showing the different sexes seems to have been removed.
