Giant centipede moving head weirdly

So I’ve had my centipede for about 2 months and recently she came out and was moving weirdly, she dragged her head across the substrate and looks like she’s in pain. I’ve never experienced a molting before and I’m not sure if this is it or if she is sick. I placed her in a smaller Tupperware for further inspection. Pls help!!!

I would just let it be for a week or so, as @NYAN said, it looks like it’s gonna molt very soon. Pedes naturally act very sluggish and lethargic before they’re about to molt.

Not exactly. This is a Scolopendra dehaani, which are naturally brown. You see how the pede has a yellow green tint to it?

The head plate is definately lifting there, you can see the bubbling from it seperating with the new exo. By now it should have either completed a moult or died from being unable to.
