Ghost mantis molt and feeding

Hey everybody!
One of my Ghost mantis molted and is now an L6. Obviously they don't harden in the time a T does(I think?) so how long should I wait before I feed him? Thanks!

I have heard they harden in about 24 hours but I usually give mine a few days, maybe 3, before trying to feed them as I find sometimes they just don't want to eat so soon after a molt

I fed my C gemmatus after 24 hours

I wait 2 days for an L6 molt.
