I work at a pet hotel and someone there knows I enjoy exotics as they sometimes see my hognoses, tarantulas and mantises. He approached me today and asked if I wanted one more snake that was his girlfriends but isn't quite getting the attention it needs.

It's a Ghost Honduran Milksnake that he says is roughly 8-9 months old, and while the snake does not come with the terrium (they want to use the tank for fish), the snake they are giving to me free of charge. I've had hognoses, ball pythons, corn snakes and kingsnakes before, but this would be my first milksnake. Anyone ever had milksnakes before?

kings and corn snakes are very similar to milk snakes. Size eating habits and the like are all about the same.

I keep y milk snakes the same way as my gopher and my king. One thing I have noticed though is that my honduran can handle noticeably larger meals than my king. Be warned though that milks can have very musky, tail whippy, flighty attitudes.
