GF's first T's first molt

My girlfriend's first tarantula (and only one so far) finally molted, and here I searched through about 40 pictures I tried to take and finally got a good one! It's still not showing adult colors, but then it is only about 2" now, so maybe next molt it'll be more orange rather than being peachy.

I'm thinking it's a male, as I don't see a definite flap, but since I'm not experienced at sexing I'm not really sure.

Matt, is there a way you could zoom in around the spermathecae area? From the look it could be a female, close up view would confirmed that.

I looked closer, zoomed in on the picture, and all, but zooming in doesn't really help. Looking at the actual molt, there is no flap, just what looks like "lips" kinda like you see in the picture.

I'd try to take another picture, but that's the best I can do to be honest. I have a basic point-and-shoot camera and that shriveled up abdomen is only 3/16" wide, so the tiniest bit of shaking makes for the bluriest pictures ever... Like I said above, that was the best picture out of more than 40 that I took lol.
