Has anyone got a scientific name on this gecko, they are about 3-4 " in legnth right now and have large calcium deposits in their necks, both boys and girls appear to have them, they will climb glass, and wont hesitate to bite for all theyre worth, I think they look like a cross between P. pictus, and a salamander, Check out the pics and youll prob agree, Thanks B.

No problem...I didn't think anyone else had these guys! Not many people have heard of them. They were an odd find at a reptile expo in NY. How much did you buy them for if you don't mind me asking? Mine were $7 each.

I work W a whsle Co. here in Phoenix and if I remember right we paid about 5.00 ea, cause we bought 50, these were our last 3 at the shop and I'd been eyeing them for a while, was checking them out and noticed it was a trio so I gave my boss 15.00 for them, Ive been working in pet stores or at least in the feild for 10 yrs and dont recall ever seeing them before, and theyre deffinately unique! hopefully I'll be able to get some breeding out of them, mabye the babies wont like the taste nof flesh so much, or mabye theyre just like tokays or knight anoles and thats how they show theyre appreciation of our 2 legged race, thanks for the info again , it was very helpfull, PEACE B.
