Thank you! It's really hard to take pictures with the phone I can only take them in the morning/broad daylight because the place where the cage is does not get much sunlight my T suprisingly likes to walk around during the day the species is nocturnal so it's quite suprising to see the sling like this. Oh and this is the most high quality picture of this T I have lol it happens to be my first I have wanted one for years! I'm glad I did research knowing it was not likely for me to get a T because all that work has resulted to me finally getting one I'm very happy!Excited to see updates in the future![]()
I don't think it's going to web but it has made what seems to be Burrows and the sling is small compared to the cage because we had to move the sling because the cage we got from fearnot did not have enough holes and got moldy the sling is safe now and in a better and healthier cage we might move the sling back after the sling molts because it's currently in premolt it's a little hard to tell but there is a small balding spot not to mention the sling has definetly gotten darker!Wow it looks really small compared to its enclosure. Beautiful young T btw cant wait to see it grow BBW big black webber
Yeap that definitely is in premolt thats for sure, i dont oppose to keeping them in a big place like many, its just that if the environment is too big u might have a hard time feeding it, thats all haha other than that no cons i can think off tbh, all the best cheers, do update after its molts tag me if it’s possible i may forgetI don't think it's going to web but it has made what seems to be Burrows and the sling is small compared to the cage because we had to move the sling because the cage we got from fearnot did not have enough holes and got moldy the sling is safe now and in a better and healthier cage we might move the sling back after the sling molts because it's currently in premolt it's a little hard to tell but there is a small balding spot not to mention the sling has definetly gotten darker!
Actually the other day I dropped a cut mealworm by the sling. The sling picked it up (did not put fangs in the worm) then dropped it.Yeap that definitely is in premolt thats for sure, i dont oppose to keeping them in a big place like many, its just that if the environment is too big u might have a hard time feeding it, thats all haha other than that no cons i can think off tbh, all the best cheers, do update after its molts tag me if it’s possible i may forget, im as excited as you are to see it’s development.
yeap i read your thread and answered it, premolt or could be that its full, mine ate a bigfat worm but only half of it was eaten, they tend to leave it wen they are full, could highly be that yours is due to premolt expect for a molt by this month ends, cheersActually the other day I dropped a cut mealworm by the sling.
