Game bird (and domestic) hybrids

I was reading and discovered many game and poultry can be cross bred most with sterile hybrids resulting. I am not sure which can hybrid with which can anyone list who can breed with what in this list.

Chicken
Turkey
Guinea fowl
Pheasant
Peacock

I think you are referring to the ability of some phasianidae, sub phasianinae to interbreed. I believe the guinea fowl and possibly the turkey is excluded.

If memory serves, which may not be the case, or recent gene studies have come up with newer foodles, the exception to the species rule is that the species of closely paired genera can produce progeny but the offspring will always be genetically sterile.
