My fiesty male G. Rosea coupling with my monster female. These spiders never fail to amaze especially since rosies are supposed pet rocks. I havn't seen that with mine yet

oh I wish I could mate mine. I tried tonight, and one of the females lunged at the male :( Im just so scared he'll get munched.

The other female just kept lumbering over the edge of the container and paid no mind to him.

Nice pics though, congrats!

I'm sorry you didn't have any luck!!! :( I just finished mating mine and it went really well, except my male is traumatized now... climbing his tank again. At least he's not a virgin anymore!

My new female is so awesome - I love her. She was very receptive and didn't try to attack him at all, even though he ran away like a scared goose when he was done. Poor little guy fell off her flower pot right at the end and I think it totally freaked him out - he booked it out of there so fast after that. This was my first breeding attempt - what an experience - it's cool! (I'm sorry again, WhyteDragon - don't give up!!!)

And, nice pics brigebane!! :D
