A few years ago I purchased one, then it was stolen recently, a large female ready to breed. I haven't been very active here lately in the arachnid community, but haven't found any larger G. pulchra's available... does anyone know where I can get some?

Try James. He just had an import come in of G. pulchra females and pen males.

I can't believe someone would be low enough to STEAL a pet...that's just wrong on so many levels. :(

Sorry to hear.

valleysnakeguy, I've yet to have an animal stolen from me. Someone killed a prize pigeon of mine and some herps at another time which is imop a little worse. About the only thing ever stolen was a prize Caddo Indian point collection which was collected piece by piece over many years in my grandfather's large garden in s-cen. Arkansas. To say I felt bad about each event would be putting it mildly. Rats!.... They don't have a kill icon

I was away on vacation, had all my animals placed under the care of a "friend" who in turn may have sold it for his own benefit. Upon my return, I was told it had died, and he didn't think about freezing or preserving the body so he just dumped it.

Now that's an easy out if there ever were one.
