Well I breed my G.pulchra pair last night It went off without a hitch.........Here are a pic's for your viewing pleasure.

well the timing is perfect the female just molted 5 weeks ago and the male matured 3 weeks ago.

That is great!! Congrats! I hope it results in hundreds of wee black beauties!
I finally found a male and traded some snakes for it... and Ill be darned if it didnt die on the way to my house... ugh. Just my luck. Got a fat sexy female and STILL no male. Where did you find the male?

Does it take a pulchra female as long as it takes a rosea to drop a sac?
IF you can convince her to even MAKE a sack... then you worry about how long it took ;) Stubborn, pigheaded, ornery, beautiful critters..

Im not sure how long it will take her to drop a sac......I have never bred pulchra before.Hey I don't care how long it will take her as long as she drops a sac ill be happy.

And Thanks Martin Ill be keeping my fingers crossed myself.......

Goodluck on this one! I tried to mate my Pulchra too... several inserts in the next 2 months. well she molted a year after! lol

That`s awesome.I wish you the best of luck and hope she drops a sac for you.The pulchras are great T`s and are not always readily available being such slow growers.
