Ok, i haven't found a thread that says to me what i want.
I live in Brazil and here we have a bad supply of feeding items. We get crickets, waxworms and roaches. But the most common roaches here are way to small: adults get to 1 1/2" tops. And they aren't as fast reproducing as i wanted them to be.
So appeared here on sale the G. Portentosa and B. Craniifer. Well, Craiinifer are way to expensive. So, the questions are:

1- Is portentosa's shell so hard that it can break a fang?
2- Are they as slow reproducing as some say? (a year do mature)
3- Are them a good feeding item for Ts?

Thx guys

I have fed some of my big T's hissers in the past.
I alternate them with dubia roaches. So far, I havent experienced a broken fang from my t's.
If you can source dubias, false death head roaches or orange headed roaches, I think it would be better. those species would be a great food source for your t's. Good luck!
