My Grammostola pulchra has always been a character. Since I got her at 1" I have always found her in these wierd poses and always on the wall. Now that she is 2.5" and still doing them i figured now she is big enough to catch some pictures. She is almost fully black too. I have three specimens and she is the one that has this personality.:p I swear she is sleeping while doing these poses. (hence one of my past thread on them dreaming)

This first pose is a trip. Notice how her fangs are withdrawn. Almost like shes dreaming of doing a threat pose. (though she is not capable of doing so since she is super docile:p ) Her legs and pedipalps are resting on the enclosure wall.

Hanging around. Her abdomen is literally hanging.

Another angle of the same pose.

The hanging around pose I have seen throughout her life. Always the same. She starts out normal upside down on the wall. Than slowly she lets the abdomen hang over until its at its maximum hanging position. Its funny.
The first picture is the first time I have seen that. Its my favorite crazy pose to date. I have seen all kinds of poses from a variety of species. Some really wierd.

I've seen T's do the abdomen hanging thing, but every time it's been an arboreal on the verge of molting. Very interesting, and pretty sweet pics.
