They are mygalomorphs so they got downpointed fangs just like a tarantula.

I wonder if that is the type of spyder they showed on a swedish nature prog - a spider that builds a pipelike web on the ground, grabbing it's prey through the net with its fangs (if I remember corr.)

No that was Atypus affinis (Atypidae), purseweb spider, if you thinking of the Mitt i Naturen show. Called "tapetserarspindel" in swedish. go to my site (link in signature) and check Articles, youll find some info about that spider there.
