Fungus Gnats - what eats them?

Hey guys,
I've got a kind of decomposition terrarium populated with feather millipedes (B. lecontii), oyster mushroom mycelium, some springtails, and rove beetles (Dalotia "Atheta" coriaria) which were supposed to eat the fungus gnat larvae, but now I've just got a lot of rove beetles AND a lot of fungus gnats. I want to add some isopods at some point as well.

The fungus gnats really annoy me, I hate seeing them fly and sprint quickly and erratically in what's supposed to be a very chill thing for me to observe.

What can I add that will prey on the fungus gnats but won't eat isopods and small myriopods? I was thinking of an ornate harvestman or something, but I want to know for sure how thay foodchain would work out.

Thanks!
(I attached the obligatory pic of some of my babies for you all)

I use ‘Mosquito Dunks’ to go after the larvae and sticky traps to get the adults.

Where do you put the mosquito dunks? Ive used them before in standing water but not in substrate. Do you bury them?

We keep Mosquito Dunks in the spray bottles and water jugs we use to rehydrate all of our enclosures. So far we've made a pretty considerable dent on the fungus gnat population.

I usually crumble up some bits into the substrate and mix it in and occasionally water some in when adding moisture especially when treating for a bad infestation to make sure it’s distributed evenly.
