Full grown Tarantula, price / age?

lps has this full grown adult female B. Smithi theyre saying 5 yrs old, its about 7", its huge!!
Whats is this T worth? and how can you tell how old it is? Years wise? I dont want to buy a T thats very old.

There's no way to tell the age unless the information given is accurate. You'll just have to trust what you've been told. As far a price goes. I've purchased three adult females in the past and I got them for 150 each. That's a pretty good price but I've seen them cheaper and I've also seen them offered for much more.

Here in Brazil it would never be sold,and if someone sold it,I think the price would be at least 300 dollars

As was mentioned before, there is absolutely no way whatsoever to know the age of a T unless someone (trustworthy) knows exactly when it was born and tells you.

The B. smithi live to be 25+ so if they say it's 4 or 5 years old then I say buy it I have 3 and one on the way verry nice T
