I just let mine thaw in the fridge for a few hours. You can run warm water over it too but you should probably let it sit for a while to make sure it's not still frozen in the middle.

I also did hot water for 10-20mins and would refresh with hot water if the water got cold before it thawed. I always kept the mice in a plastic bag so they weren't soaked.

This is very important, many snakes won't touch a wet prey item. And you definitely have to make sure it's not still frozen in the middle when you feed it to the snake, that can make them throw it back up again. (Whatever you do, don't try the microwave. I've heard tales!)

I just leave the rodents out for 6-10 hours depending on how big the item is. Little hoppers won't take long, but the small rats my snake eats now usually take over eight hours.

Also You Don't Really Need To Capitalize Every Word.

Any snake that I've had that ate frozen/thawed ate wet prey just fine.

I thaw my rodents out in lukewarm water to start out with for approximately 1-2 hours and after that slightly hotter water right before I offer them to the snakes.

My Rosy will eat wet mice, but I've had snakes that won't touch them.

The microwave thing is not pretty. My friend did that once. Not a good thing at all.
