Oh I love those little guys! They really look at you when you come close too!

I'd love to find a few of them this summer, but where I live now they aren't seen often at all!

I bet avics and jumping spiders could easily become bestest drinking- or sucking-buddies and tell eachother great stories about the best jumps. {D

I found a couple on the outside wall, they are really lovely spiders. I love the way they move in an almost jagged manner.

That little skipper moved across the floor with little zips and didnt really jump much per se until I had it on my hand and then it did a triple gainer down on to the floor until I captured it again. I wanted to keep it but the food I have here is a little too large for the little tike. I tried to take a closer picture with macro but the thing jumped on the lens a messed up the picture. Guess I need a more stealthy camera! :)

It's pretty cool how you got the little guy to smile for the camera.

and also very intelligent. I usually just let them stay in my room if I find one in here (that I didn't bring in haha) one of my favorite local spiders.
