Found a lot of these in the walls and ceiling, what is it?

Hi,
I found a lot of these tiny spiders on the walls and ceiling of the apartment I just moved in a couple of days ago in San Francisco. Any idea of what kind they are? Are they dangerous? Should I swipe them and take them outside? No clue on what to do.

Look like a yellow sac spider. Just relocate them outside.

not dangerous. bite can be unpleasant but like all spiders, sac spiders won't go out of their way to bite you. relocate outside or leave it be and it will help with pest control in your home.
