I saw this on my purple pitcher plant today. Are these flowers forming? (My nepenthes ventricosa is in the background, just letting you know it is not my nepenthes I am talking about.)
Those are not sarracenia flowers. The plant looks more like a type of grass, but I'm not gonna say that with any kind of certainty. Sarracenia flowers look like this:
As a carnivorous plant keeper, these are definetly not Sarracenia flowers, Sarracenia flowers, regardless of species, look like a reverse umbrella, it looks a lot like a plant that germinated in the peat moss, is actually quite common in my experience with these plants, since I removed plenty of plants that germinated in the peat moss, I suggest you to remove them to avoid any problems with these plants
