And super flat. Well, just now I noticed her come out and, WTF JUST HAPPENED!!!!! SHE IS SUPER BIG NOW!!!! this was taken an hour ago

She's molting. So, not gravid, she wasn't even an adult yet. Be sure not to touch or bother her during this time, or she may get stuck in her skin and fail to molt properly (resulting in death).

Update, still in the same position although I accidently bumped into the container and saw her move a bit so she’s not dead

It's only supposed to take maybe 15 minutes at the most to actually shed the skin, then a few hours to darken up. If she hasn't shed her skin yet then I'm sorry to say she got stuck mid-molt, unfortunately this means she will die. :( This can happen if the hisser is disturbed or stress right before the mold, if the hisser is dehydrated, or just randomly as a fluke.

SHE IS STILL MOVING! Is there any way for me to help it molt!?
Unfortunately not man, I'm sorry... She's stuck in her skin, and any attempts to remove her from it will result in her death. By now, her new skin underneath has probably hardened and would be horribly malformed. At this point, the most humane option would probably be to freezer her.
