Fishing spider…or what is this?

So I was walking out and about with my dog and I spot this gem on a wall, the question after if this is keep or no, I do have enough stuff to make a proper cage wether it’s aquatic arboreal or anything

I'm not as familiar with fishing spiders, but it's possible. Her abdomen does look fairly good sized and, from what I read, they lay their eggs around mid-summer.

I once kept one but it was old and died after laying infertile eggs and refusing to eat.
