Looks a lot like an Avicularia avicularia, but its impossible to ID from a pic.
As Fierce Deity said, you need a vertical setup (if its Avicularia of course) with a good humidity level ( 80%), VERY WELL MAINTENED because they're very sensible to humidity.
Heres a bad picture that you can use to rehouse your "Avicularia", I really dont know well this genus. The ventilation should be a bit better. More holes
