I lost a sling tonight and I feel awful! Little guy was so tiny and I just can't believe I let his little container not have enough moisture. He was so totally gone when I checked him tonight. I guess it could have been something else but not sure how. There is something about the death curl that is so final. onward I guess, just feels so yuck.

Oh, I am so so sorry to hear about your little guy. Those little ones can be quite delicate, and I imagine it is terrible to lose one. :(

So sorry to hear about your loss, Sydney. Try not to beat yourself up about it, it's hard to get things just right sometimes with little ones. I personally know that you're a great T mom, sometimes we just have to endure bumps in the road.
Take care of yourself!

Dang, that sucks. So sorry for your loss. This was a little avic? They're like frikkin' salamanders at that size. Need moisture constantly. I've been really surprised how much water i'm dumping into the little containers to keep humidity at what seems like an appropriate level.

Buck up little camper! Experience is the best instructor.

Sorry Syd. That sucks. At least you know it wasn't for lack of love or care.

Sorry for your loss. Sometimes slings just do that, I guess that's why mum has so many :(
