First hair kicking!

Last night while moving my GBB sling (just under 2") to a new enclosure, i managed to piss him/her off pretty bad. It didn't take much, lol. I didn't have much room to work with, so i lowered a clear plastic container over the top of him, with the hope that he would just crawl up the inside and i could move him with ease. Well...s/he started kicking hairs, threw up a threat pose and 'attacked' the side of the container. It was so adorable to watch! I'd never seen a hair kick before, it was really rather entertaining.

I got the move done quickly, and 'Webber' is now exploring his new digs. I'm looking forward to when s/he start to web the place up, as i added some fake flowers as decor.

Also, I have a confirmed male GBB, just under 2".....so if yours turns out to be female, we could set them up for a date, yeah?!

I think s/he definitely is enjoying having things to web up now- as a small sling i kept no decor in the enclosure, but now it's all good!
