Ok so, some redneck loser told me to take his 2 firebelly toads or he was going to kill them. so I did. they were just in a small Tupperware container. So i went out bought a tank and lighting and stuff. but honestly i dont have the slightest idea on how to take care of them ive never dealt with toads/frogs or amphibians my whole life. any help on how to take care of them would be appreciated. Thanks <3

These guys are super hardy. If you do a quick internet search you should be able to compile a good caresheet. When we picked up our pair, they were in a plastic KK with loose spagnum and a sizable water dish. I've upgraded them to a simple aqua-terrarium in a fish tank with the water divided from the land by a piece of plexiglass. They need clean water to sit in and a suitable hide on the dry portion of their tank. We feed mealworms, crickets and these reptile feeder shrimp. They don't eat much and we don't really follow any kind of schedule, just keep em plump, not fat. We tweezer feed to avoid any accidental bites or substrate consumption. Good luck with these guys, they are hard to mess up
