Feeding Roaches

I just got 50 discoids and 25 dubia roaches today In the mail I was wondering if I could feed them the flukers orange cubes untill i made my own roach food or would this harm them ?

I believe that would be fine.

Totally fine..... definately not a permanent replacement for some other foods..... but it is still pretty nice stuff!

Some food roaches really go for are apples,bannanas,romaine lettuce,carrots,white bread,raisins, dog or cat kibble,bearded dragon pellet food, and for the carnivores (ex. cave roaches) cooked hamburger meat (nothing added to it)
