feeding red runners

any suggestions on how to get the red runners from their bin into the t's enclosure without killing them? no matter how gentle I can be I always kill the roach.

I should have been more specific, my bad. how do you get the little teeny tiny ones. I tried what you are doing but it is almost impossible to catch the wee ones.

I do the same thing as as @l4nsky sometimes, but if I had to get smaller roaches, I tend to just use a small vial.

I think I do what Liquifin suggests, I use a tiny vial and encourage them inside

Works with pinhead crickets too

I use small feeding tongs , like almost tweezers. If the roach dies that's fine the spider will still find it and scavenge it most of the time.

I prob just going to keep using the catch cup method, I will get better at catching the little buggers. right now im feeding 50 slings 2-3 times a week. gets kind of time consuming. im going to start experimenting with refrigerating them before feeding to slow them down.

I'm not following why you would be having difficulties using this method. Are you having to capture pinheads from a colony and hence are having difficulty because of all the larger nymphs and adults in the way?
