Feeding question

I know when it comes to snakes we go by the thickest
part of their body on what to feed them. but let's say
we did it a different way by going on how long they are in
inches...at how many inches can I start feeding my boa
small prekilled rats, I'll put a picture up tomorrow...

But that doesn't work at all. A round ball python can take - NEEDS to take - prey several times bigger than a corn snake of the same length, because of the difference in their girth. It has nothing to do with how long both animals are. If your boa is of the proper girth to take small rats, you can feed it small rats. That's about it, sorry. :(
