feeder help

I have a colony od B.Dubia roaches I just check on em weekly... It seems I saw One dead roach and lot of fruitfly larvae eating it... Should I discard the colony already? Is it gonna be harmful to my T's if I feed em a roach from
colony?

What I did I just cleaned the enclosure and gave em fresh food and water.

Hopefully you guys can help me.. I,ve had the roaches for awhile now I started with twelve and now upto 200 hundred I hope they could still be of use to my T's..

I say take out the dead one and you'll be alright. unless... you start to see more dead ones and more and more and more. like they start to die one after another, then i would start worrying
