haha well first off...you included the word poll in there but there is no poll. there is an option to start a poll in the first post of a thread. not sure if this will get locked or not...but i think i'd say my favorite pokie is either ornata or rufialata.

edit...i've never kept rufies...though i've never kept most pokies.

I just took time ..searching all the names of the pokie!

there were only 10 max poll, so I decided to gather the close-looking ones.

My favorite pokie has to be IMO the king of all poecilotheria...... the p. metallica!!!

Edit: I am also in love with the subfusca and the tigrinawesseli, and they're next on my list:drool:

Although it's a beautiful jewel, I really like the pattern on the rufilata.
And the size!! 8" plus?
I saw this stunning rufilata female somewhere..
anyway..
I got one,, and I love it!

My favorite that I've actually kept myself is P. metallica of course, but second to that would be P. formosa, which I haven't kept yet.

I have a P Metallica about 2" right now. But its close between that, Subfusca and Miranda

I have all of poecilotheria species except for subfusca "tigris" and smithi they are all very stunning but to me the most impressive is the ornata/rufilata their sheer size and green colors (which is my favorite) is what makes them attractive to me. dont get me wrong blue is cool but hey green is also cool

I've kept regalis, ruffilata, miranda, and metallica and I would have to say miranda is my favorite. My miranda had a very soft look and beautiful purple highlights.
I've kept metallica and although a beautiful tarantula, my miranda was visible more often and seemed to have a less nervous/flightly personality.
I was really crushed when she died a couple years ago.

I dont have one yet but first pokie on my list is a P. Rufilata I only have one or two other Ts on my wish list before Rufilata but its getting closer to christmas so im wiating to buy more Ts. I have to save my money so I can fly home, and it get wicked cold here so im always worried about shipping during the winter.
