Found this in our school, Erie, PA....Any ideas, cockroach of some sort or water bug of some kind.

They're pretty much everywhere, very common and hard to get rid of. I'm not 100% sure on the ID though.

Sure looks like a female German cockroach to me. They can be found indoors just about anywhere, especially where there is urban poverty, or in large buildings that remain heated all year.
