exotic mantids available?

I have seen some stuff on USDA banning imported mantids, among others. Are there any restrictions known on distributing offspring of any already in the country? Has anyone even managed to establish any of these in captivity? It would really suck not to be able to get any more flower mantids.

There are quite a few mantis breeders in the US. I've managed to purchase 13 mantises (5 species: H. membranacea, P. spurca, P. wahlbergii, G. gongylodes, and a B. Borealis ootheca) within the past couple months.
