Eww, smells like rotten eggs!

I picked up my giant cave roach, it hissed, and suddenly smelled like rotten eggs, is this normal?

Hey thats kind of weird, pure bred giganteous should smell like sweet onions, or sandlewood but not rotten eggs, Maybe its something they ate that caused them to produce that smell.

The smell is identical with all of mine, I dont know what sandlewood is, but I know a sweet onion, and this smelt nothing like it. Could be what their eating is causing this? I'm used to it i'll be fine just as long I dont put them up to my nose.

It would make a good gag, come up behind someone sitting in a chair, and have the roach "fart" and let out the bad smell.
