I have officially considered Tarantulas as the worlds coolest pet! There isn't anyone that can change my mind!
Kitty Cat's start small and gradually and continuously get bigger till you are overrun with an arrogant blob of fur that just needs attention. Puppies do the same thing except for they try to please you every moment of every day. Frogs just plain and simply STINK!
But Spiders on the other hand.....
Are the worlds most coolest pet! They don't need much attention, don't stink unless you are standing in front of the display and you let one fly... and try blame it on the spider! (tried it once.. it don't work!) They start cute and grow up big and beautiful! They won't eat you out of house and home like a 20lb cat will.
Last but not least... EVERY MOLT FEELS LIKE CHRISTMAS! Yes... I, a full grown adult father of 4 boys, instantly turned into a 3rd grade boy waiting to open his gifts at Christmas when my boy called me and said "Dad, I think rufi is falling apart!"
I just had my P.Rufilata 2nd instar molt into it's 3rd and I was so geeked up I had to leave work early to go see the little bugger!
Thought some of you that feel the same way would get a charge out of my little story!
