No, they are not a type of rose hair.
They are a very cool looking T. They have two urticating patches on each side of their abdomen. Very unique.
I have a couple of pics in my photo thread. I will try to g a few more.

There is a wide variety of species from Chile. The vulpinus is one that I really want too!

Type of rose hair? There is only one, G. rosea. Euthlus is pretty cool, though. I don't know much about them, but that does sound interesting about the urticating patches.
