YES! I remembered the camera! I was in the right place at the right time. And the world didn't come to a screeching halt in shock!

Okay, this darling got loose and into a canal where they trapped it against a weir. I got the shot from on top of the weir.

See it?

Okay, a hint. It's about 7 foot long and I'm only about 8 feet from it.

Yes, the camera got pretty much the same view I had.

I gave it the nickname 'The Artful Dodger'.

Nope. I know they are ultra endangered and I don't know why this darling lives in isolation instead of a captive breeding program. I suppose some $$$ changing hands or 'fragrant grease' as they call it down south. Anyway, it is back in it's enclosure. I got shooed off right after I got this shot which told me somebody did something stupid to let it escape.

Okay, it took me a minute to see it. I thought I was looking at the sky because of the reflection. Then when a croc was mentioned I was thinking "how did it get in the tree".
