Apparently Elvira felt the need to expand her evil headquarters, the first pic is from yesterday and the last pic is from today. :)

Don't you love when you spend all that time, setting up their enclosure... and then they re-do it? haha

Well, I was hoping that she'd dig a deeper burrow since I plan on breeding her, but now I'll have to find a place for all that extra dirt. :wall:

It cracks me up when my T's do that. So funny! :D

My Aphonopelma just did something similar - placed a big wad of dirt blocking the entrance to her coconut dwelling. I guess she wanted a front door and modified accordingly.

Elvira is 6in, so that pile of dirt she made is much bigger than it appears! :wall:

I managed to spread it out and flatten the pile, put not before she stood at full hight and struck at me a few times......she was not happy.

May I ask why you flattened it out?

Because the mountain of dirt was becoming so large that it was toppling over into her water and burying the fern. :wall:

After the next day it had become much larger than in the pics.
