Egg sac ID? Possible orb weaver species?

It strikes me more as a theridiid egg sac, but I could be wrong.
My account says where I’m from. It was found on a garden ornament.

Which genus were you thinking it was?
It looks similar to some Neoscona egg sacs that are posted around, but it almost looks incomplete. Seems like there should be more silk covering the eggs.

Neoscona would be my guess too. I don’t think it looks incomplete though?
I wonder if I can remove it and hatch it.

This was the reference image I was using. Similar attachments, but it seems more "wooly" and the individual eggs cannot be identified as clearly as your example.

Hadn't thought of Neoscona, I'm thinking that could be it then.
