Eating molt

Did T's eat they molt? I read couple thread that people write about this. I think that T's just hold molt in chelicera. What do you think about this?
BTW sorry for my poor English (very bad is he?)

Some Ts 'chew' on their moult and mangle it up pretty bad. They cannot, however, actually eat it as their own exoskeleton is as impervious to their digestive juices as other arthropod exeskeletons.

Some people think they may be recovering moisture or other nutrients from the goo that coats the inside of a fresh moult, but that seems speculative at best to me.

I don't know if this has to do anything with it, but some of my spider's want to stay with their moult as long as possible. For example my P. cambridgei, when I try to remove the old skin from his hide, he grabs it, and pulls it back in so that I cannot reach it anymore.
But I doubt if this has anything to do with the 'chewing' on the old skin...

Maybe they get confused and suddenly think the molt is a new spider that has come to be their boyfriend/girlfriend. =D
