I'm adopting this Dumeril's Boa for $150 is this a good price for this size?

If there is anything else I should know about this snake just tell me some more info thanks.

yall dont have to give me a full caresheet lol im gonna do the research my self.

So I just read up about these guys and someone in one of the articles I read said something about "caudual luring" does anyone exactly what this means and/or how it looks.

And also I realized after doing some research that these are the ambush boas I love.

I cant wait to see them hide under the cypress mulch and pop out on and unsuspecting rodent. and yall can best believe I will tape it.

The fun part about this is that I'll know when they are ready to eat cause they will hide their whole body except most of their head.

I should be getting this next friday I REALLY cant wait now lol..

$150 is called buying not adopting.
I know that you can buy 07s for around $100 but that would be before shipping so you could be getting it at the avg price or a little under if it is local.

I dont know how you keep your snakes or how much you like to handle them but I handle mine daily and I dont like to feed them in their tank I have separate feeding tanks setup that way there is no worry about ingestion of bedding or striking when the lid is opened I also only feed f/t or pre-killed feeders to all my snakes again for the safety of the snake

I would also be weary if you have not seen the actual snake yet that photo is over a year old

ok thanks, what we are going to do is if i actually buy the snake iam going to meet this person somewhere and im going to examine the snake make sure it doesnt have any ticks etc, check the eyes the mouth, check to make sure it has a clean cloaca (sp). Thanks for the tips I know exactly what to look out and yes I will have to feed it on the outside of its tank so I'll have to make an ambush feeder tank lol...
