Heres 10gallon rubbermade bin with 60watt ceramic heat bulb and 15" dome lamp.

Juvi female dubia: Notice big gap bottom row of rings.
Juvi male dubia: Notice theres no gap on bottom row of rings.

And this baby pixie frog (african bullfrog) can take down 3 adult males !!! He just did on this pics
The day before, it took down 3 mid size dubias.
