Dubia or orange head?

I can’t decide which one to choose. some background, I just want larger feeders, which specie is generally better as a feeder? Note I only keep arachnids and centipedes

You'll hear a lot that orange heads smell, that's because they basically turn into stink bugs when stressed out. Don't overcrowd them and it should be fine (especially if you kill before feeding). Dubias are smaller, especially the males, but they breed like rabbits.

Dubias are great feeders and they don't smell
