Yes, they're so adorable 😍 and they're friendly. Just kinda fast lol.
They are not friendly. Generally slower less inclined to make a threat pose etc, sure.

That doesn’t make them friendly, they are wild animals do not be disillusioned by their behavior, they can spin on a dime when needed. I’ve raised tons of these.

Respectfully, this is Not my 1st tarantula. And mines is pretty docile. My rose hair was very friendly. And I'm well aware that it's a wild animal, not disillusioned. I have a h Mac, and it's not user friendly at all.

"Generally less defensive" or "more tolerant" may be a better term. His point is that "friendly" is anthropomorphization and a tarantula that has been docile for years could wind up biting seemingly out of the blue.

But anyway, regardless of the rhetoric, they are great animals. I am sure you will continue to enjoy him/her. Thank you for sharing with us!

Do you think its male because of the small abdomen because that's not a indicator of gender it just means your avic aint chunky like mine.

I don't care if you own a million Ts. This has zip to do w/ quantity or experience. See below as @Psychocircus91 pretty much accurately rephrased my point. T's aren't friendly.

Respectfully, yes experience does matter. I really don't care to continue this discussion with you. Bcz it seems as if you're looking for an argument. Your experience is just that, yours. Good day. I was looking for help, not a pissing contest.

I really have to wait for this to molt a few more times. But it's not specifically bcz of the abdomen, the legs have those "hooks". Still not definitively sure though.

This has nothing to do with one’s experience.
I have plenty of docile Avics- that doesn’t make them friendly.

Friendly and docile are not the same.

But clearly to you they mean the same thing hah.

Plants are docile, so they must be friendly too.

When your Ts walk up to you to shake your hand let the world know  :rolleyes:
