O.K...On Sunday morning my friends and I went on a 5hr drive to Panama City to go deep sea fishing for Grouper and red/white snappers off the coast of Fl. Before the fishing boat departed from the dock that morning, the Capt. of the ship gave a little briefing on the basic rules and to care for the environment we were fishing in... Once he was done with his speech we departed on a 2hr boat ride off the coast to begin our little fishing escapade!

During that time, a female crew member came walking out of the the ship's galley with a toaster in her hands. In my mind I was thinking "Huhh...Weird Lolz"...and she started rambling about how it was not working to another person of the crew. Then out of nowhere she CHUCKS the toaster off the the back the BOAT! I was like WTF! WTH are you doing! The Two started laughing and the other crew member had the nerves to tell me HE WAS GIVING BACK TO THE REEF AND HELPING IT GROW!!!...And that wasn't all they did...The crew were a bunch of chain smokers and were throwing there cig. buts and boxes off the side of the boat as well as BLEACH they were using to clean!!! I felt terrible for all the dolphins we had swimming near then ship as well as the Gulls...

I thought he was referencing Finding Nemo with his thread title. You know, when they're daring eachother to touch the 'butt' (boat) and Nemo gets fishnapped.

As for the post - it's unfortunate how many people out there have a complete disregard for anything that isn't human.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. It's my sons FAVORITE movie and I know every single line, in fact I don't even need to be watching it to recite it all! It's a little trick that amuses my son to no end lol.

Sorry about that...I haven't watched Finding Nemo in ages! More like since it first came out

the toaster doesn't seem too bad considering that there's not really anything toxic in there, just metal and it will add to the reef down there. as for the bleach, it's not any worse than grey water flowing into the bay and i can tell you from experience that there isn't any other way to keep the boat clean. not even elbow grease can get some stains up.

the butts on the other hand, it's not too hard to toss them in the garbage can. at least you can console yourself with the fact that they are dooming themselves to an unpleasant at best quality of life later on, right?

Are you crazy:}? Yeah! Monster sized Groupers and Lots of red and white Snapper! I hate how we couldn't keep the larger Snappers thou...With the smaller Snappers we could keep, my Padre made some very delicious Sashimi out of them! Nothing like Fresh Sashimi right from the Ocean!

My fish has gotta be cooked or:barf: ..and FYI,you can NEVER bring up a story about fishing and then have to be asked if you caught anything!!!!!!!!!!!!But that sounds like some fun!!
