Is it a lynx spider? I'm horrible at ID'ing spiders, so it's just a stab in the dark...

EDIT: You beat me by three minutes, Gigus!

Hi Techuser,

nice to see and read you again.

I second Gigus thoughts about your spider: looks quite similar to Peucetia, also known as "Lynx spiders", by its built.

However, i´ve only once kept a specimen of this family and don´t know too much about them, so i can´t tell how big this could get.:8o

Guess, it´d be worth a try, to check for the eye-arrangement of lynxes and compare it to your spider, the pics are definitely good (as always, a pleasure) enough to yield results. If the eye-arrangement would fit, i´d advise to check back with PLATNICK and see what species are around where you´ve caught it. When you have some species ideas, it´ll prove much easier to inquire about the possible size as adult.

Anyway, this creepy shouldn´t be too hard to keep alive, if you have just enough time and patience at your hands, i guess, you´ll soon enough find out the "interesting way"... ;)

Keep up the good work! :)

Stefan
